S.R. Construction offers our clients tailored and leading pre-construction & construction design build services outlined below:

  • Pre-construction services verifying structure existing conditions accompanied with GC cursory written report including photographs.

  • Analyze project feasibility, scope, deliverables to assist client budgeting development to prevent "scope creep" & unknown conditions. 

  • Communicating contingencies for both budget and schedule to help manage client expectation and setting realistic project goals.

  • Effectively work in parallel with client & Architect of Record to produce the most complete, code compliant permit documents for initial submission to building department.

  • The bidding process is another phase that sets SRCS apart.  We do not 'shot-gun' project plans to vendors without a proven track record to creating our bid proposal documents unlike most other contractors.  Instead, only utilize proven vendors AND schedule an ITB (Invitation to Bid) on-site meeting where our proven vendors lay eyes on existing property and structure conditions; offering competitive Value Engineered add alternate suggestions saving time and money. 

  • SRCS meticulously records and thoroughly reviews all submitted bids for completeness and accuracy. Ultimately our work product model minimizes project start times while providing the client with most competitive pricing available.  

  • Permitting Services: start to finish. Bid documents submission to TCO and CO.

  • Communication throughout the entire pre-construction and construction process is vital. Clients receive update every Tuesday and Friday including written recap of current week, next week schedule, progress photos in addition to a live weekly OAC (Owner and Contractor) conference call.

  • Controlling and managing costs, schedules and quality throughout.

  • Close out services. Expedient construction punch-out CAL (Corrective Action List) report and provide all close out documents (OM manuals / warranty paperwork).
